Registration
Please register as individual leads and follows. If tickets for follows are ’sold out’ you can add yourself to the follows’ waiting list by selecting the ‘Follow – Waiting List’ option. Alternatively, if you are booking with a lead then allow the lead to book first and record your leads Confirmation ID number and Name in the comments box at the end of the form, during your registration, to secure a place. To help with the admin the lead may also include the follows’ name in the comments box. Any issues please contact us on enquiries@oxfordlindyexchange@googlemail.com.
We do not consider your registration confirmed until we have recieved full payment. If you are on the ‘Waiting List’ we will notify you when you have a confirmed place and how much you owe.
Payment by Paypal is preferred, if you have difficulty with this method please contact us at enquiries.oxfordlindyexchange@googlemail.com and we can arrange an alternative form of payment.

Refund Policy
Bookings cancelled before 14 April 2010 will be fully refunded minus a £2.50 handling fee (to cover our PayPal costs). Bookings cancelled later than this will incur a £2.50 handling fee on the weekend ticket charge plus the FULL charge for any t-shirts and excursions ordered; unfortunately the t-shirt and excursion cannot be refunded once we have ordered them from the suppliers, so we cannot refund you the money unless we find another taker for them.
