Registration

To ensure the weekend is as balanced as possible, please register as individual leads and follows. All follows will be initially put onto a waiting list, unless they are booking with a lead.

Follows, if you are booking with a lead, allow the lead to book first and record your lead’s Name and Confirmation ID. Then, when you register note them in the comments box at the end of the form, to secure your place. To help with the admin,  the lead should also include the follows’ name in the comments box.

If you are on the waiting list, we will notify you when you have a confirmed place. Any issues, please e-mail us.

We do not consider your registration confirmed until we have recieved full payment. Payment by Paypal is required, but you don’t need to have a Paypal account to use it!

Refund Policy

Bookings cancelled before 30th April 2012 will be fully refunded minus a £2.50 handling fee (to cover our PayPal costs). Bookings cancelled later than this will incur a £2.50 handling fee on the weekend ticket charge plus the FULL charge for any t-shirts and excursions ordered; unfortunately the t-shirt and excursion cannot be refunded once we have ordered them from the suppliers, so we cannot refund you the money unless we find another taker for them.
