This is the day to really see Oxford. An open top bus tour will show the top city sights including the University of Oxford; the 18th century Covered Market; the Bridge of Sighs; Blackwells the oldest book shop in Europe; and where the first Morris Minor cars were made in 1910. The bus will drop us off at Cherwell Boat House where we will play around on the river Thames in punts. Then we’ll picnic, chill out and dance on the lawn of the Victoria Arms.
Sunny Plan: Meet at Cherwell Boathouse to punt to Victoria Arms for food and outdoor dancing. Those who do not wish to punt can arrive at Victoria Arms roughly after 12.30pm.
Rain Plan: Meet at The Jericho Tavern for food and indoor dancing.
