Saturday Night

Saturday night kicks off at Oxford’s town hall. Opened in 1897 by King Edward VII, this gothic revival Hall is right in the centre of Oxford.  We’ll be swinging out to the sounds of Oxford’s top sixteen-piece swing orchestra ‘Radio Days’ in the Assembly Room surrounded by wood panels, fine art and stunning architecture.  Like true Oxfordians we’ll chill out in style in the Old Library.

Mikhail Gorbachev and Nelson Mandela have both visited the town hall but the history books don’t record whether they swung out!

Where: Oxford Town Hall, St Aldates, OX1.

Time: 8pm –12am
